Over the next couple of weeks I am exploring the Undiscovered North Coast Of Spain on the Bay of Biscay, and in particular its history, culture, countryside and gastronomy.
After spending time in Bilbao enjoying the capital of the Basque region, I have hiked up to Gaztelugatxe and I am now heading across to the home of the Pintxos, San Sebastian, for a couple of days to relax before travelling on.
From here the adventure really starts as I will be visiting the Spanish regions of the Basque Country, Cantabria, Asturias, and Galicia before continuing my journey into Northern Portugal.
My adventure has already started so the images here are those I have taken on the journey so far. You can follow my amusing and sometimes tongue in cheek blogs on Facebook or via a range of other social media options like Instagram and even Tik Tok. Now who would have thought it!
If you enjoy my writing or my photos, please give them a share as that’s the most important way to grow my travel blog. I appreciate your support and hope you enjoy “The Undiscovered North Coast of Spain”.
Thanks to Bilbao Tourismo for helping me along the way. They have been so helpful and their website is well worth visiting. For general information and all my blogs on Spain then visit my blog.
Till next time
